This website is built to collect as little about you as possible.

What this website collects
The website has no accounts, no login and no database of visitors. The forms on this website do not send your answers to our servers: they prepare a message that opens in your own WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it.
The BMI check runs in your browser. The weight and height you type are not stored by this website; they are placed in a WhatsApp message only if you choose to send it.
When you contact us
If you call us or message us on WhatsApp (0321-7892058), we receive your phone number and what you tell us. We use this to reply, arrange a consultation and give you advice. WhatsApp is run by Meta and handles your messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
If you become a patient, your dietitian keeps notes of your consultation so that follow-ups continue from where you left off. These notes are kept confidential and are shared only with the people involved in your care.
Please do not send medical reports or photos until your dietitian asks for them.
Analytics
We may use a privacy-friendly analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits and to see which pages lead people to message us. It does not use cookies or follow you across other sites.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Hosting and technical logs
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep technical logs such as IP addresses for security and performance for a limited time.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to sources such as the WHO and NHS, and may link to review pages such as Google. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you from a consultation by messaging 0321-7892058 on WhatsApp. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
